Christ Church in the local community

We believe that all of us here are to take seriously God’s call to love our neighbour; we want to bless our community. We want to show and offer God’s love to those who live and work in this local area and those who visit our church & neighbourhood.

A number of separate pages explain how you can get involved with church life - here though are a number of ways in which you can join us in reaching outwards in words and actions that show God’s love to the world.

You matter and you can make a difference

Many folks at Christ Church are here because they believe that to be a Christian is to be actively involved in loving God’s people whoever they are, whoever they are.
Over the years we have seen many people come to a greater understanding of God’s love through the time and love given freely by members of this church.
You too can be a part of growing God’s kingdom

For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22
